Nissan Showcases Star Wars: The Last Jedi Vehicles

Nissan and Star Wars went out of this world during the 2017 Los Angeles Auto Show. Seven Nissans got a Star-Wars treatment by a Lucasfilm artist. The artists were challenged to pair a Nissan with a spacecraft or character from the film Star Wars: The Last Jedi.

Jeremy Tucker, marketing, communications & media VP for Nissan North America announced, "We're back this year collaborating with Lucasfilm and the artists at Industrial Light & Magic to create these amazing concept vehicles across some of our best-selling models." The models, according to Tucker, will go on tour and displayed across North American showrooms after the show.

Star Wars Model Transformations and Nissan Specials

Artists chose to work with Nissan's best-selling models like the Rogue, Altima, Titan and Maxima. The one-of-a-kind models won't be for sale, but we do have Nissan specials and Master the Drive Sale Event offers for you.

2018 Nissan Altima as Special Forces TIE Fighter

The Altima is currently $2800 off the MSRP on a new 2017 Nissan Altima with 0% APR for qualified buyers through the Master the Drive Sales Event. The next generation Star Wars Altima was transformed into a "Special Forces TIE Fighter." The dark-side conversion included a full body art wrap, custom wheels and a cockpit window.

2018 Nissan Maxima as Kylo Ren's TIE Silencer

The sedan was designed to achieve supersonic speed to help the evil Jedi make a quick getaway while leaving a wake of destruction behind. Kylo Ren's Maxima features missile launchers and laser weapons on its distinct wings. Red lighting illuminates the contour while coordinating with Kylo Ren's blood red lightsaber.

2018 Nissan Maxima for Young Kylo Ren

The Maxima was themed for what a young, brash Jedi would like. An aggressive exterior was highlighted using black and silver to match Kylo Ren's facemask. The front lower spoiler and hood feature milled aluminum and accent grille and underbody lighting in a sinister red match his lightsaber.

2018 Nissan Maxima for Captain Phasma

She may be a woman, but her car is all muscle. A high-gloss silver body featuring an aluminum hood and fascia, with racy, red graphics match the grace and grit of the galaxy's toughest female fighter.

2018 Nissan Rogue as Poe Dameron's X-wing

Let's look at some of the good forces in this Nissan partnership. A 2018 Nissan Rogue became Poe Dameron's X-wing, complete with:
  • The BB-8 droid with functioning lights, motion and sound
  • Massive fixed wings
  • Quad laser cannons
  • A stealth-black exterior

2018 Nissan Rogue Sport as an A-wing Fighter

A 2018 Nissan Rogue Sport was transformed as a fast A-wing. Rear, dual thrusters and fins on top of the vehicle replicate the fighter's design. Side laser cannons and blue and white exterior make it clear it's ready to fight for the new republic.

2018 Nissan TITAN as AT-M6

The AT-M6 and the TITAN are both the largest vehicles in their prospective fleets. A massive cannon is affixed to the TITAN's back. A custom body wrap gives the TITAN a First Order look. To make it look more intimidating, a 1-foot lift kit was added to the TITAN. Nissan specials for the 2017 TITAN include Master the Drive Sales Event discounts of $3190 off the MSRP and 0% APR for 72 months.
