The 2022 Subaru Ascent has a 2.4-litre turbocharged SUBARU BOXER engine that produces 260 horsepower and 277 lb-ft of torque. It comes standard with a Lineartronic continuously variable transmission (CVT), all-wheel drive, and an X-MODE feature.

It comes standard with a 6.5-inch infotainment system that can only be upgraded to 8-inches with Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, SiriusXM satellite radio with Travel Link, Bluetooth, and a rearview camera. For higher trim levels on the Ascent, drivers can benefit only from a premium audio system, GPS navigation, and a front-view camera. Most other features on the Pathfinder are not available on the Ascent.
