Mechanical Breakdown Towing
In the case of an unforeseen accident or mechanical breakdown, Nissan will arrange for your vehicle to be towed to your preferred Nissan dealer. If this dealer is not within 50 kilometres, then the tow truck will locate another dealership within a 250-kilometre radius.
Emergency Transportation
If for any reason you experience a mechanical breakdown and are over 100 kilometres from home, don't worry about it. The program will reimburse you up to $50 for the cost of commercial transportation (bus or taxi) to your destination.
Trip Interruption Services
If your vehicle experiences a mechanical breakdown and you are travelling to your destination. The program will reimburse you up to $100 to cover the costs of accommodation, meals, vehicle rental, or emergency transportation.
On-Site Emergency Road Service Calls
Not only will our plans cover mechanical breakdowns, but if you are ever in need of winching, battery boost, fuel delivery, tire change, and lockout service, a service vehicle will be dispatched to your location.
If for some reason you need to make other arrangements, don't worry; we still have you covered up to $75 for mechanical breakdown towing and winching and $50 for a service call.
